This one might sound a bit bizarre or frivolous… but having all your feeding essentials to hand by your bedside (including a refrigerated storage option for your expressed milk), changes the game. Don’t waste time up and down stairs in the middle of the night… don’t trip over the dog for the 5th time… don’t wake the child as you’ve just put them down! Make life easy for yourself, wherever you can. Plus, give yourself the option for a chilled beverage of your own when you need it most.
